·       This position supports the workforce member onboarding and corporate access certification processes

·       Includes supporting key Business Technology Services projects to automate manual process associated with the onboarding, transfer, off boarding and provisioning of access for all workforce members.

 

Qualifications:

·       High School diploma or equivalent.  BA/BS or AAS or technical institute degree certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training.

·       Working Knowledge of MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel functions and features.

·       Understanding of FTP Protocols, SQL, and UNIX Command Line. 

·       Working knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required to provide the best possible resolution to issues presented.

·       Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·       Solid customer service, written, oral, and communication skills.

·       Active Directory
