Client Setup Analyst

1-4 years working within a Benefits, Setup or Operations Department with preferred prior experience in:

Reviewing client requests or issues while creating a positive customer experience

Collaborating with internal partners.

Demonstrating ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player

- Must have strong organizational skills and problem solving ability
-
Ability to think critically and resolve problems

Strong attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and SharePoint

Ability to research and investigate information using multiple sources, operating systems and documented guidelines
-
Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations in accordance with established guidelines.

Ability to multi task and prioritize activities

Benefits and claims experience in a Healthcare Industry preferred

College degree preferred
