Assistant Channel Manager

· Supports the Channel Managers in developing strategic plans & sales channels.
· Coordinates the execution of the channel strategy and lead optimization with other channels.
· Supports relationships through phone and on-site visits.
· Monitors partnership agreements for adherence to SLAs to achieve desired revenue and profitability objectives.
· Supports design teams to develop and launch desired campaigns.
· Ensure that all reporting is delivered in a timely manner.
· Calls out all significant deviations from key performance metrics, identifies trends, and suggests report modification, if necessary.
· Coordinates all quarterly business review meetings and ongoing quality control.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years in insurance industry or other industry with consumer focus.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, related field or equivalent work experience
· Demonstrated self-starter with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Proactive and responsive.
· Exhibits efficiency, collaboration and results orientation.
· Ability to work well under pressure and under time constraints.
· Independent worker with strong sense of when to ask for help when needed.
· Strong desire to excel and grow into area of increasing responsibility within the company.
